The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the ABA Final Eight Tournament has been moved from Kansas City, MO to Baltimore, MD. The dates have been changed to Thursday, April 21st to Saturday, April 23rd. “Making the
change was a difficult decision,” stated ABA CEO. “The combination of venue availability and Easter was creating problems that could not be resolved, thus the decision to change.”
The event will be hosted by Greg Brown and the Baltimore Hawks which have already qualified for the Final Eight along with the Music City Jazz and Burning River Buckets. The other five divisions are still in their play-in rounds. For ticket information, check out www.baltimorehawks.com.
Eighteen teams are still in contention for the five remaining slots including 8 of the top 10 teams in the ABA Power Rankings.
