The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced it would host a National 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament in conjunction with the ABA Finals to be held in St. Louis MO on April 4th and 5th.  “This tournament is the introduction of ABA 3, the ABA’s venture into 3 on 3 basketball,” stated ABA CEO Joe Newman.”  It will be part of an action-packed weekend that will include 2 semi-final games, the ABA Championship Game, the ABA All Star Game, a major player combine and other events unlike anything we’ve ever done before.”
The entire weekend is being overseen by Damon Cannon, ABA Executive Director.  “We are very 
excited to launch ABA3,” added Cannon.  “The actual tournament will be on Saturday, April 5th,
and is open to 32 teams.  The entry fee will $100; the game will be played with the ABA’s original
First to Fifty rules, and there will be considerable prize money also.
he ABA Final Four will consist off one team from each of the ABA’s four regions, East, South, Central and
