The American Basketball Association (ABA) today released its Power Rankings through Sunday, October 31st and the Chicago Fury held the #1 position with its first win of the season followed closely by the North Alabama War Dawgs.  This week’s Power Rankings changed considerably with 18 games being played over the weekend. Many previously ranked teams were replaced by teams recording wins over the weekend and were placed in the Teams to Watch category when they begin play next weekend, the official opening of the ABA season.  “This is going to be a very competitive season,” stated ABA CEO.  “There have already been several upsets and the Power Rankings should be very interesting as the season unfolds.”
