The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced the launching of an exciting new league to debut in 2024 – ABA3.  “I cannot tell you how excited I am about ABA3,” stated ABA CEO Joe Newman.  “Basketball is a great game by itself and ABA3 will be great also, but this is definitely a league with a serious purpose.”
Damon Cannon, owner of the ABA St. Louis Spirits and Director of the ABA Final Eight, has been named CEO of ABA3.  “ABA3 will adapt a 3 on 3 format using the ABA’s First to Fifty scoring concept and will begin with a tour of promotional mini-tournaments across the country in select cities,” added Cannon.  “More importantly, ABA3 will be partnering with middle schools to promote non-violence and education with the motto, Let Them LIVE & LEARN   #LIVE&LEARN.  We will also be partnering with colleges, universities and community organizations to encourage youth to be devoted to academic excellence avoiding violence in and out of school.  ABA3 is a league with a serious purpose.”
ABA3 games and community activities will be featured on ABAGALE, The ABA TV Network via Roku and other devices. (www.abagaletv.com).
