The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the Dayton Top Notch has been added to its growing roster of teams set to begin play in November.  “What a great addition to the North Central Division,” stated ABA CEO.  The growth in Ohio for next season is excellent making for easy travel and great competition and in Damon Maddox, we have a terrific new owner.”

Maddox is a 4-year veteran of the US Navy where he served as a Flight Deck Firefighter.  A graduate of the International College of Broadcasting where he earned his degree in Audio Engineering and Video & Radio Production and a graduate of Wayne Memorial High School where he is remembered for his “buzzer beater” shot to win the ’96 basketball championship, Damon is committed to making his ABA team one of the best in the league on and off the court.
