The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the Wisconsin 2Legendary Elite located in Milwaukee, WI is the latest entry into the league
which kicks off its season on Saturday, November 5th. “While there isn’t that much time between now and the start of the season, we are confident that team owner Denzel Pettigrew can do it,” stated ABA CEO Joe Newman. “Denzel is the owner of the Brew City Legends FC, a pro indoor soccer team. He knows what it takes both on and off the court to be successful.”
“I have already put together most of the team,” added Pettigrew. “We’ve been competing in pro exhibition games to get our players ready and have been giving our players a platform to perform and get seen by scouts – the ABA will be a great stepping stone for our team and we’ll be ready to compete.”
