The American Basketball Association (ABA) has partnered with Ingrid Robinson, Founder and Director of Artists & Charities Hand in Hand, to launch a worldwide virtual talent search to showcase talent with an unusual added twist – a major charity component to help raise funds for worthy causes.

No sports league has ever done something like this before,” stated ABA CEO Joe Newman. “But we want to give back to our fans, the public and simultaneously help people in need by presenting the first time ever virtual fund raising talent show.

After the death of her only child Michelle, Ingrid Robinson wanted to create something that would honor her daughter as well as help people all over the world. She became an artist and donated sales of her paintings to different charities. This led to the creation of Talent Show Worldwide. Similar to “America’s Got Talent,” the platform looks for entertainers worldwide online and will showcase their talent in a variety of ways as well as generating revenues for charities.

The ABA is really excited and proud to be a part of what Ingrid has created,” added Brian “Essince” Collins, ABA Director of Entertainment and CEO of Royal Heir Entertainment. “We will we be able to showcase new, undiscovered talent on places like our ABAGALE TV Network while helping a variety of charities. It is an innovative concept for a sports league to do something like this.

Now that I have joined forces with ABA Entertainment and ABAGALE TV,” added Mrs. Robinson, “my daughter Michelle will be remembered with money being donated to charity. New talent will be discovered to share and be enjoyed with the world while people everywhere are working together to make the world a better, kinder place to live. People will have the freedom to pick the charity they want to support and their designated charity will help them get the votes and help them get more dollars donated. Full details are available on the website.”

In addition, there will be a progressive prize money pool with a “winner take all” format; the more entries, the more prize money to the winner. And all videos entered into the talent search will be featured on ABAGALE Talent Show Worldwide and broadcast on Roku to over 70 million homes. Additional prizes will be the inclusion in ABA Mixed Tape albums, appearances at ABA Red, White and Blue Concerts and performances at ABA basketball games and enclosed mall events.
